Data collection when you contact us

If you contact us by filling in the form on this website or by sending us an email, the information provided therein will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of subsequent questions. Initially, your name and your email address are fully adequate for this purpose. The disclosure of this data occurs exclusively on a voluntary basis. We will not pass on this information without your consent.

Bookings via Booking.com

Advance payments

In order to guarantee and confirm a reservation, we ask our guests for an advance payment usually made by bank transfer. The account data entrusted to us in the course of this process (shown on the bank statement after receipt of payment) will neither be stored, processed nor passed on to third parties.

Data received in the context of the Austrian reporting obligation

We are required by law to report all guest data (name, address, date of birth, duration of stay) to the municipal office on the day of arrival. The reporting sheet is filled in and signed by you personally. Further personal data are provided on a voluntary basis. The information is exclusively passed on to the relevant body at the municipality.

Data transmission is carried out through the web application “feratelDeskline MeldeClient,” a product of feratel media technologies AG, Maria-Theresien-Straße 8, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria.

According to the municipality, the collected guest registration data are forwarded to Statistik Austria and Land Steiermark without personal information, that is, only figures about the number of nights and stays. All data will be stored for seven years.

Sollten Sie dies nicht wünschen, bitten wir Sie uns bereits vor Anreise darüber zu informieren, damit wir anstatt Ihres Namens die Buchungsnummer nutzen können. Bitte beachten Sie, dass in diesem Fall auch die erstellte Rechnung nicht mehr ihren Namen enthält.

Data collection when you visit our website / server log files
